Advanced Humanoids reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with our technical capabilities, ethical standards, or capacity.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are to be made according to the agreed milestones or schedule outlined in your Service Agreement or invoice.

Late payments may incur a delay in project delivery and/or interest charges as permitted by law.  

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes such as GST.         

Ownership of all deliverables, including code and design files, remains with Advanced Humanoids until full payment is received.

6. Project Revisions & Changes

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and layout — is the intellectual property of Advanced Humanoids or our partners unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any material without prior written consent from us.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to ensure all our services and deliverables are accurate, secure, and high quality. However, we cannot guarantee that:

  • The website or any software we build will be completely error-free or operate without interruption.
